In order to expand our Belgian Actito team, we are looking for a Product Manager for our office in Louvain-la-Neuve.

Key responsibilities

About the Job
  • As a product manager you participate in the creation of the vision of the product portfolio while remaining in line with the company's strategy.

  • You develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into a product vision.

  • You work with the product team to determine roadmap priorities.

  • You keep an overview of the solutions offered by the competition as well as the solutions with which actito should be able to integrate.

  • As a customer need owner, you collaborate with the technical teams and ensure that the suggested solution is in line with customer expectations and is in line with the product philosophy and of course worth the cost estimate.

  • You ensure the complete management of features, both during their creation and their life cycle. You are in charge of bringing product features to market, drive adoption and deliver on KPI objectives.

  • You collaborate, communicate extensively and make sure to provide everything necessary for the various internal and external stakeholders: sales teams, marketing teams, operational teams, technical teams and of course customers in order to carry the product vision and ensure its development.

  • As a Pricing and Packaging Specialist, your main objective is to improve our pricing strategy and propose solutions that give the customer the greatest value while optimizing the product profitability with KPI tracking

About the Job

About you
  • 3+ years of enterprise software pricing and packaging experience.

  • 5+ years total experience in product management, product marketing, pricing strategy or similar.

  • Proven experience in developing differentiated, value-based pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Consistent track record of developing strategy, defining requirements, delivering to the market, and improving offering based on market feedback.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities, seamlessly moving between strategy & execution.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and communicate across a global, matrix organization.
