The chain of toy stores, MaxiToys, has decided to implement an omnichannel strategy. To do so, they have chosen ACTITO in order to target the customers' needs. MaxiToys has had the opportunity to share its experience about our collaoration, with one of Gondola's journalists.

Our collaboration in a few words

In order to target their customers' needs and to communicate with them, MaxiToys called on our service in marketing automation. The chain of stores, already present in Belgium, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg, is also present on the Internet: indeed, it has been a while now that they have a webshop. MaxiToys soon found out that the e-commerce was not efficient and wants to maximize its usage. From this observation, MaxiToys developed the aim of improving its digital presence. Indeed, a webshop is a mine of information and data.

Then, the questions were how to deal with these datas, which are at the same time rich and complex ? How to use them efficiently in order to create campaigns that would personalize the offers and the messages ? How to develop these campaigns in omnichannels ? How to obtain a complete reporting about them ? And how to make sure that these marketing automation initiatives would work in the long run ? MaxiToys was able to answer these preoccupations thank to our marketing automation platform and our constant and attentive presence.
