Key Areas of Responsibility:
Working with our clients to boost their relationship marketing and marketing automation by accompanying them in the use of our software.
Mastering the Actito platform UI to have an excellent command of the platform’s possibilities, as well as its limitation, and be able to communicates these effectively.
Responding to customers’ support requests with clear, complete and concise explanations that allow them to deliver their marketing campaigns effectively.
Working with other relevant internal teams to provide potentially more technical response to customer requests in a timely manner.
Completing marketing automation, sms and email marketing projects services as sold to customers to a high quality which meet/exceed campaign goals.
Provide training sessions 1-1 or in small groups, online and in-person, to enable new customers to quickly become confident users of our software
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, applying an understanding of their business needs, and professional communication.
Reassemble feedback to enable software improvement with product teams.
Guiding and developing a small team (2-4 members) to achieve agreed team targets.
Allocating tasks amongst your team according to their availability and competency, and ensuring time spent is tracked.
The role sits within the Marketing Delivery team (part of Client Delivery) and reports to the global Head of Marketing Delivery.
