Working within the Project Management team, your role will be to:
Manage complex projects for ACTITO's customers and technology partners
Coordinate the implementation of ACTITO software in the technical and functional environment of your customers
Understand the needs and constraints of the customers
Be in regular contact with customer teams (marketing and IT) and internal teams (R&D, development…)
Your main responsibilities will be:
Project management:
Manage the implementation of multiple complex projects from A to Z (from kick-off to production)
Collaborate with internal contacts (Developers, Customer Success Managers, ...) and customer teams (Marketing Managers, Developers, ...)
Write the specifications, acceptance book and other documents necessary for the smooth running of the project.
Accompanying the client:
Identify, frame and help prioritise the customer's needs (animation of various workshops)
Driving proposal for good business and technical practices
Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the project (from the signature of the contract to the complete implementation of the ACTITO software)
Analysis and modelling:
Perform a complete analysis of the customer's business needs and technical environment
Make recommendations for the technical and functional implementation of the ACTITO software (data model, data feed)
Pre-sales support:
Accompany the sales teams in the pre-sales phase
Participate in response to calls for tenders
Answer technical questions and design solutions to the problems of prospects
