To enforce our team we are looking for a Vice President of Sales for our Head Quarter in Louvain-la-Neuve.

The mission of the VP Sales is to support the development of an ACTITO PROFESSIONAL SALES MACHINE at international level. 

The VP Sales operates in a staff position, reporting to our Co-CEO. His/her role is to create the sales tools and processes and to deploy them among the sales development team internationally. He/she works closely with the Regional Sales Directors to collect needs, market insights including competitive intelligence and best practices and to constantly adapt the material. He/she trains and coaches the sales teams to insure the effective use of the toolbox.

Deliverables

The VP Sales will create and constantly update the necessary tools in order to professionalize the sales force. The idea is to create a state-of-the-art methodology starting from some basic existing material. The tools need to permanently be perceived as added value in order to get sales management and sales operations adherence. Specifically, he/she is expected to develop the following tools :

The Actito Sales Academy

  • A training program built around modules on the specific steps of the sales process (Basic/Advanced Modules).

  • A calendar of blended training sessions (at the training center or via remote interactive media).

The Actito Sales Toolbox

  • The sales kit to support every sales person at each step of the sales process (sales pitch, video demo, sales funnel, Q&A, …).

A Sales Reporting & Tracking System

  • A user-friendly system allowing each member of the sales function as well as the company management to follow the sales related data in real time.

Technical Skills

The VP sales is fluent in English and in French. He/she has a solid experience in general sales support and in the sales CRM field in particular. He/she brings knowledge and tools that could be immediately adopted and adapted to the ACTITO reality.

Soft skills and mindset He/she is a natural influencer. His/her achievements track record demonstrates that he/she does not need to have a hierarchical power to make things happen. His/her motivation comes from seeing his added value adopted to deliver effective results. He/she has a natural capability to operate in a diversity environment. His/her personality profile demonstrates a high level of empathy, eager to help and support rather than imposing.

He/she can operate in a start-up environment with a strong desire to organize an unstructured environment.

He /she does not perceive the processes and tools as the finality of his/her role. Rather, he/she is obsessed by the final impact on the business.
