About the job

As our new Junior Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying business and sales opportunities in Belgium and the Netherlands.

More concretely:
  •  We have a great sweet spot in the market, and we need you to identify and qualify every prospect that fits the description.

  •  Outbound lead generation by reaching out to potential customers through active prospecting with the goal of finding new business opportunities. There’s tons of ways to do so: consultative calling, emailing, social media, ..

  • Find out if our value proposition meets the needs of the customers. No hard sales, we go for a long-term, qualitative relationship with each and every customer. Listening is the key to every successful lead and sale. But you already know that.

  • Generate and deliver 'sales ready' qualified leads to the sales teams in Belgium and the Netherlands.

  • Follow up and qualify leads from Marketing.

  • Build your pipeline and nurture your leads.

  • Keep an eagle eye on your activities in the CRM-system, so that you can easily report your activities every week to your colleagues from Field Sales and Marketing.

  • The position will be based in our office in Louvain-la-Neuve and our other co-working spaces in Flanders (Diegem, Mechelen, ..)

  • ACTITO Headquarter is based in Louvain-la-Neuve, where you have a pleasant mix of french- and dutch-speaking colleagues. English always comes in handy, since we have offices across the globe. Make sure that you can express yourself in all three of these languages.

  • While proposing our marketing automation solution, you will come across concepts such as Digital Marketing, CRM and Email tool(s). We need you to understand those and be ready to learn more about them.

  • You'll be part of a team, so be a team player. With a positive attitude, a can-do mentality and a healthy dose of proactivity you will do just fine.

  • We trust that you can work autonomously. Sales is being able to motivate yourself every day to go out there and show the world what you're made of, so show some enthusiasm!

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Languages. Be prepared though, here you'll truly learn about the wonderful art of persuasion!
