ACTITO continues to grow to become a strong European player in marketing automation, with subsidiaries in France, the Netherlands, Canada, the United Kingdom and Spain.  

In order to expand our Actito Belgian team, we are looking for a Account Director fluent in Dutch and in French in Louvain-la-Neuve.

Within the Account Management team, your role as Account Director is to maximise the value and to ensure the continued satisfaction of your customers’ portfolio. You manage, coordinate and develop the support actions of your team in order to achieve the objectives set: Recurring turnover, upsell and churn control.

  • You will develop a portfolio of 60 clients, including many major accounts (turnover of €2 million).

  • You will capitalise on existing tools and processes to promote operational excellence throughout the client's life cycle: Onboarding, Adoption and Growth. 

  • You manage a team of 3 Customer Success Managers and contribute to its development.

  • You act as a technical liaison between customers and product teams to facilitate the evolution of the ACTITO platform.
