Actito promoot marketing die de klant centraal stelt via allerhande programma’s rond acquisitie, cross-selling en loyalty, steeds met het oog op groei en ROI. Ons bedrijf blijft haar positie versterken als grote Europese speler binnen het marketinglandschap, met filialen in Frankrijk, Nederland, Canada, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Spanje.

We zijn op zoek naar een Business Development Representative om ons Belgisch team in Louvain-la-Neuve te versterken.

Wat zal je doen ?

About the job

You will be part of the BENELUX sales team and will have regular relations with the head office located in Louvain-La-Neuve in Belgium. You will have to act in autonomy with a large scope of responsibility.

You will be constantly seeking to win new customers and prospects in a very large territory (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Switzerland). Your mission will be to accompany your contacts and provide them with quality advice in order to achieve our growth objectives.

You will be involved in :

  • The animation of the prospect portfolio through regular contacts in order to identify opportunities.

  • Participating in the entire sales process: project identification, framing, response, support and closing.

  • Updating the company's CRM tool and you are also responsible for the preparation of quotations, their follow-up and the conclusion of contracts.

  • Contribute to the commercial follow-up of the project implementation, in collaboration with the Professional services team.

  • Representation at Actito events (conferences and trade shows) to identify and address opportunities.

To be successful, you will need to understand the needs of your marketing and IT contacts, convince them of the relevance of our offer and ensure that our competitive advantages are put forward in relation to the competition.

Our target market is the mid-market, mainly B2C, in all sectors of activity, from retail to media, including travel, banking and insurance.

About you

To be successful, you will need to understand our product and how it is used by our customers. If you are interested in CRM, customer databases, marketing automation or email marketing, then this might be just the job for you.

  • You have a successful experience of 3 to 5 years in sales to general management, CMO or VP marketing.

  • Your commercial sense and your taste for digital marketing will allow you to be and to blossom in this position.

  • Your native language is Dutch, or you are perfectly bilingual in French-Dutch

  • Autonomous, inquisitive and team player, you want to evolve within a fast growing structure and be part of an entrepreneurial adventure.
